    I have never had the pleasure before now that is experiencing such an inept TD Bank. Customer service is absolutely terrible. 20 minutes of standing around listening to people talk about movies and their dog. Then decide to go outside to walk their dog while they know I am waiting for a new debit card. They really need to learn what customer service is, I will not be going back to this branch ever again. If this wasn’t for my business account which would be such a pain to change I would be tempted to close my account all together because of this experience. Absolutely absurd. The real kicker. I’m 24 minutes in to this ordeal and still standing here while I write this review. Edit* once I finally was helped they canceled my personal card now prompting me to have to redo all my online payments and reprinted that instead of my business card. I wish I was making this up.

    Called to get a insurance ID card for a customer. Was told they could not help my customer because they did not sell them the policy and was treated like we did not matter. 0 help.

    Spoke with branch manager "Roxy" about a business deposit. Was treated rudely. Was unwilling to help with my deposit issue. Tried to upsell me on a line of credit and credit card. Very poor predatory ethics . Closing my long standing account tomorrow 6/22/17.
